Sales representatives spent hours copying prospect details from directory tables, search pages, and corporate databases, manually pasting them into their GoHighLevel and custom CRMs. The manual process was error-prone and severely limited outbound prospecting speeds.
What we did
We developed a Manifest V3 compliant Google Chrome browser extension. The extension scans directory tables via content injection scripts, parses contact details, and triggers serverless webhook APIs to ingest contacts directly into GHL Pipelines.
The outcome
Manual copy-pasting was eliminated, saving sales representatives over 10 hours per week. Ingestion speeds went from minutes to one single click, helping the sales team scale outbound prospecting efforts by 40% in the first month.
